Whats your daily percents for protein/carbs/fat??

I'm thinking of trying 40carb/30protein/30fat...not sure if this is a good ratio for toning up and burning fat??

    I'm going with 40protein/35carb/25fat. Protein helps you lose fat, and you need more of it if you're exercising because it helps build muscle.
