Yoga Meltdown, is there a routine?

I am doing Jillian Micheal's Yoga Meltdown but I was wondering, Is there a routine to this like there is for 30 day shred? My whole body is screaming in muscle pain today after yesterdays workout. Should i do it everyday?? I want to tone and I want to see results, waht did you all do?

    I looked EVERYWHERE online and couldn't find anything specific, but I'd assume you do level 1 until it's not challenging anymore then move on. BUT, I'm sure you can either switch them up or however you'd like.

    The thing is that with yoga you cant really just switch it up, I mean you can but its better to MASTER the posses and stuff. I am scared to try level two anyway. LoL. I guess I will just do it after my shred and on days that I dont want to work out I will do that. So far I love it cuz I have only done it a few times, but Im sure I will get bored like the shred.

    uhh, damn my attention span!~!
