new diet needed -too stressed to eat right

that may make no sence but just started waitressing and bar work , and i am always on my feet and stressed out just because its new and busy. And when I go home I just dont feel hungry so i am currently having a tin of soup or toast or fruit and a freaking load of coffee... obviously this is not enough or good at all so need some help not going shopping till thursday but new start then I guess :)

    Eggs are quick, full of protein, filling.

    Scrambled,
    with redpeppers, mushrooms and onion
    with green peppers, onion, curry paste
    with tomatoes and peppers and onion and chilli
    etc

    Omelette
    Ham, Mushroom and a bit of cheese
    Mushroom Spring onion and a bit of cheese
    The list is endless nearly

    Basically what ever you have in your house, and takes your fancy. Add a salad and hey presto !
