I have only lost 8lb so far but most of it must be off my face...yesterday the pastors wife commented that my face looked different we then realised it had changed shape because of my weight loss you can see my cheek bones yeeeah!!
oh and today i am wearing trousers i havent been able to wear since last summer!!
