Any recommendations on what to try next?

I am currently on my last week of JM30DS.
As I can see my muscles have got more defined, I don't want to just stop in 7days and undo my hardwork, but I don't want to start the 30DS again so soon - does anyone have any recommendations of any fitness DVDs that are similar to the 30DS? It needs to last under 30mins as I fit it in whilst my youngest son naps in the morning.
Any ideas would be much appreciated - thank you xx

Insanity is 40 ish minutes a day, not under 30 but close.
Hip Hop Abs is 40 - 60 minutes a day depending on the day of the schedule. You could do this and, on the days of doubled up workouts, do only one... that would keep the workouts under 30 minutes.0 -
I've never done 30DS but I would recommend P90X or P90X Plus0

Have you checked out the TRX?
Not certain about the duration of the routine(s)?
Developed by the Navy SEALs to maintain a fitness regime while stationed on submarines.
I have not tried this myself, but from what I have read it is a good program that is relatively easy to follow.
Good luck!0 -
If you liked 30 Day Shred, definitely check out Ripped in 30. It has four weeks instead of three, so you switch to a new workout every week. The first day of each level feels impossible, but it's much, much easier by the end of the week. I feel so much stronger!
Ripped sticks with the 3-2-1 pattern, but has three strength exercises instead of two, so you're doing each one for less time. She doesn't repeat any exercises from week to week, but a few will be familiar from Shred (maybe 1-2 per week - not enough to make you bored).
I liked it better than Shred. If you like Jillian's style, definitely check it out.0 -
Thanks for the replies - I think I'll start off with Ripped in 30, then carry on with the others once that's finished as I feel I'll always need something to carry on with! xx0
