Early AM workouts - what gets you out of bed?

I actually drink a HUGE glass of water so I'm forced to get up! I sleep early and fold my clothes up!

also found that once I get into the early morning groove my body gets used to it. Even on my "days off" I still wake up at 4:45. :indifferent:
I completely agree! I have been waking up at 5:45 to 6 AM every morning even on vacations.0 -
I am already used to getting up early to take my daughter to school and now that she's out for the summer, I get up at the same time and ride my bike to work.0
