NSV: Pot Roast!

Last night, I made pot roast for my husband for Father's Day. We measured everything out when we were making our plates and realized how much food we had! And that, usually, when we had pot roast before, we'd go back for seconds or thirds! I BARELY made it through my first plate! There was no way I was going back for seconds. As a meat and potatoes gal, that is a NSV for sure!

I'm a meat and potatoes kind of gal too thanks to my German roots ......Its really amazing how much food is on your plate when you measure it out. Great job!
