Hello Everyone...
I am new to this site.. here's a little bit of history. I am currently 154lbs .. and am trying to get down to 138. I have cut out juices/pop and also chips and cookies other junk food.. sometimes I indulge and have a small frozen yogurt or something to that extent. This is week 2 and a half of my diet. When I started I was 156 so i've lost a little bit of weight. For exercise i'm walking , eleptical , situps on the ball and will be starting yoga. I'm currently a stay at home mom to 2 beautiful babies Hannah who is 3 and Lucas just turned 1 . I also do some photography on the side looking forward to getting to know you all
