Hi guys n' gals...
So, I have been using MFP for exactly a week now and I love it - Thank you again for all your support.
I have stuck to my cals and excersised for 5 days during that week and have been generally really good. I stood on the scales today and have not shifted one single pound and this has really left me feeling a bit disheartened.
Yes I know it takes time etc, and it could be my body retaining some water etc etc but what I guess I am really looking for is some expert advice on why this occurs and someone to mentally motivate me to keep going through this barrier as such.
Any feedback would be awesome, or tips etc!
Thank youuuuu :-)))

Hello, I do know that the less amount of weight you need to lose, the slower it seems to come off...0
