30 Day Shred starting 6/20/11

Hi all!

I recently lost my motivation to work out and stick to my eating and feel like I need a kick in the pants. As such, I'm going to start the 30DS today. My goal is to do it 30 days straight, 10-10-10...no breaks. I would love to do it before work in the morning, but I have such a horrible time getting out of bed in the morning so this may not be realistic for me.:ohwell: I'm going to try though!

Does anyone want to join me? I'm scared. :tongue: I'm going to have to look around for a measuring tape (not sure if I have one) but I am definitely taking before/after pictures. Maybe at the end we can share our before/after pics with each other?

Add me as a friend if you want and we can motivate each other!
