my excercise regime - planned for next two weeks...thoughts?

This is the regime I am looking to follow:
Monday - Willpower and Grace 45 mins
Tuesday - Yoga 60 mins
Wednesday - Boot camp 45 mins
Thursday - RPM 45mins
Rest Friday and run/gym/cycle Saturday and Sunday
Thoughts?

Where is the stength training? Should lift weights 2-3 times per week.0

ok well I guess I will go and read more about it - I am just starting out hence why I asked for advice

Just looked at the gym timtable - could get a body pump class in on a sat morning at 9 or friday night at 18.30 - 19.30.....
other option is to do my own work....will read on what I can do0
