I have to agree with a lot of posts here, depends on what Gym you go to, i one i use is a council run gym and its great, no one is there is to judge me, i work at my own pace. Afterall its my journey.....and its up to you to make your jorney work for you, and not what everyone else thinks... Keep up the good work....
