Hi I'm Christina, a 26 year old mom of 2. Needing to lose weight and get my butt in shape!! I'm a chronic "yoyo dieter" and have decided this time it's for real. I thought tracking my food and exercise and joining an online community could help keep me motivated. I don't want to "diet" anymore, I am more so looking for a lifestyle change. I have cut my portions in half and find that my body requires much less food than I thought it did! I have been doing this for about 5 days now and I feel really good so far. I've also been walking and jumping on the trampoline (which is also fun
hehe). I have about 50 lbs to lose so I have a long road ahead of me, hoping I can find friends and inspiration to keep me motivated and sticking to it
