TO MUCH SUGAR?!?! help!

so heres my problem- at the end of the day i have 300+ calories left over, and i have carbs, fat, sodium, & protein left, but i'm ALWAYS over on my sugar..
do you have any suggestions of healthy snacks that don't have a lot of sugar? i'm trying to watch my sugar closely because diabetes runs in the family.
