I haven't been up for quite an hour yet, but am planning on eating soon. I am wondering if I should eat Cream of Wheat or Oatmeal. Some say eat oatmeal because of everything that is packed into it, but does Cream of Wheat really lack that much nutrition?

I always have porridge (oatmeal) made with hald water and half milk with a handfull of blueberries (which makes it go bright blue/purple but tastes good).
Im not even sure what cream of wheat is! lol0 -
I haven't read the box of Cream of Wheat lately, but I believe it is refined and has no fiber. Oatmeal (not instant) is a whole grain with more fiber. Let me know if I'm wrong on that! Oatmeal with cocoa powder, with raspberries, with bananas, with raisins, with peanut butter.... MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm!0
