two weeks and i feel good

hello everyone

Im new to my fitness pal although not dieting . I have tried dieting in the past and i even lost 2 stone but it was hard work.

so why did i decide to lose wait this time

life has been hard recently we have had lots of problems with our 17year old daughter running away and going missing for days at a time.Life just felt out of control and to add more to the problem while she was missing it was easier to eat take away while we were driving around the streets looking for her. The more i worried the more i ate.

I was bigger than i should of been before all the upset started and i just got bigger.

I was sick of my weight and was looking through my phone for a dieting app when i found the fitnesspal app. I will try anything once and gave it a go. Wow ..... i was really shocked when i saw how easy it was . It didnt feel like dieting im just more careful what i eat and how much.

At last im starting to feel good about myself I had some control over something in my life.

So what are my goals
I have lost 5 pound in the last two weeks and have a long way to go yet

I was 16 stone when i started my diet i would like to get to 12 stone. It will take time i know but I am determined . You never know maybe one day i can get as slim as our 18 yr old daughter she is a size 10-12 it would be nice to steal her clothes
