Ready to lose!

I am a 26 year old with approximately 50 pounds to lose. I am new to the site, just started this 3 and 1/2 days ago. My first day on here really opened my eyes to how many calories I was actually eating! So far I am motivated, just not sure how long it will last. I would welcome any tips, ideas for exercise, or just support and motivation!

Welcome and I love this site and recommend to all my friends whether they have weight to lose or not. Very supportive and knowledgeable folks here. Just get moving is a suggestion.... I speed walk like others jog but walking is really great and watch your caloric intake and calculate you calories burned efficiently.0
