I have been with MFP for a few years bur never stuck to it.. I just recently started using it again. I am currently 130 at max, but varies by a couple lbs (127ish). I just bought a treadmill and for the last week I have been watching my calorie intake, staying right at 1200 or a little over..depending on my calories burnt. My question is, I have read that the calories that i burn, estimated by my treadmill are not correct, but those are the calories that I have been putting into my log. Should I be doing something different? I know we are supposed to eat our back calories..but if the amount that I burnt is actually 100+ or even less than that..and I eat them. I am going to show no progress.. It seems like there's road block after road block... Suggestions?
Sincerely,
