Work/Weekends

I found it very hard this weekend, due to being at work from 7am-10.15pm - without really getting a break, so I was grabbing on the go, but drinking plenty and grabbing coffee when i could....silly unsociable hours, but thats what i do every saturday! I must plan meals and take them with me in a cool box... So spent most of today - making up for a bad weekend.. Gonna get on exercise bike and treadmill later, but weekends are terrible.. does anyone have any fab recipes/food ideas that will help me out next weekend..please????

    Hi Amanda,

    Your work schedule is RIDICULOUS. Things that really fill me up are protein bars (homemade) and cans of tuna. So when I feel like I want to cheat I just eat a can of tuna and I'm set for a few hours. Make sure you drink plenty of water with it.

    My work hours are 9-6, but I wake up at 6 to get some gym time in before work.

    Tuna and protein bars save me from overindulging in McDonald's or other places of the sort.
