My name is Jaci and I've been using MFP off and on for about a year. Two weeks ago, I told myself I was going to start a 30 day challenge. For me, that meant eating more veggies and fruits every day. I also wanted to work out at the gym at least 5 days a week. Then my husband threw me a curveball....we are heading to Vegas next month for out anniversary. So my challenge turned into 45 days. I have lost 6 pounds in two weeks and am loving how my self esteem is getting better. I want to lose a total of 20 more pounds but I also want to be healthier overall as I get older.
I am always looking for motivation and support and offer great motivation for anyone who needs it. I live in Colorado and love the outdoors but don't always make my exercise outside activities.
