Hi All,

Have recently started to pile on the pounds. I am constantly comfort eating while I work. My job is a teacher, so I snack when marking books, marking papers... now I am writing end of year reports and I need to stop with the junk food!

I have recently run the Race for Life to support the fight against breast cancer and have to say I felt like a hippo in mu pink tutu.

Hoping by keeping records of food and exercise, it will motivate me to lose the muffin tops!!
