First Day

Hello Everyone! Today is my first day back working out. I just had a baby and she is 3 months old. I'm feeling ready to make some time for myself. I am new to fitness pal...so I apologize ahead of time. I am currently using ChaLEAN Extreme and am wondering how you determine how many calories you burn using these DVD's. Thanks in advance! :)

    Welcome! I would recommend you get a heart rate monitor with chest strap that calculates your calorie burn for you. The estimates on this system or any other internet system can be way off cause they are based on averages.
