Noob! Help FIlling calories?!

Wow, I am having a real hard time getting up to 1200 calories.
My carb/fat/protein are all within reason but after dinner I had about 250 calories left.

I must be doing something wrong?


For dessert I have planned:

FF Tapioca pudding
Lite whipped topping
2 pineapple rings in natural juice

that leaves me with 50 calories...can I just call it a day? I have read that you really need to meet the reccomendations ... what to do?!

    I would have some nuts..or peanut butter! A tablespoon should do it!

    pb is too much.....how about a 1/2 glass of milk to wash it down. Good job....:flowerforyou:

    A snack of string cheese. MMMM, mine is reduced fat and 50 calories.

    I have 37 calorie left for the day. I'd rather be a small amount under than over. I don't consider 37 calories THAT much under. Fruit leather is only 45 calories... and amazing!
  • Ok this is what I have left. Pretty sure Im done for the night....I do not feel like I am on a diet whatsoever! lol

    Not too shabby for day 1
