Apple down under wonder!

Another super easy one
1 stick buter (or sub w/ margarine)
1 box vanilla cake mix (or sub w/ reduced cal or low sugar etc)
2 cans apple pie filling (or make yourself for better #s)
do NOT follow cake mix instructions!
Soften butter
in a large bowl, mix butter and cake mix until evenly dispersed.
empty pie filling into casserole dish
then take cake batter and butter mixture and sprinkle over pie filing
bake until batter has browned.
Enjoy!

Oh man, we call this apple dump cake. Doesn't sound as appealing! You can also make it w/ peaches. I haven't made it in about 4 years now, I remember the last time eating so much it making me sick... :blushing: It's also really good topped w/ chopped walnuts!
