I go to Anytime Fitness gym and go through their weight training machines......complete body workout. How would I enter that? Am I going to have to enter each machine separately or is there a way to bring up "weight training" in general? Thanks!!

just type in weight training.0

I list my weight lifting under the Cardiovascular section on MFP. I use the following entry: "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)"
It automatically calculates my calories based on the number of minutes I enter. I think it's probably underestimating the calories, but that's OK...as long as it's close. And I'd rather underestimate vs. overestimating.
I just bought a Heart Rate Monitor. I'm looking forward to using it to see how accurate my entries have been over the past 7 weeks.0 -
Thanks! I'll try to figure it out!0

Ughhhh Weight Lifting doesn't come up as an exercise. Tried strength training too! I'll try under cardiovascular and see what comes up.0
