Ok this might sound silly but oh well VICTORY for me. I've always sucked in my gut ALWAYS even when taking measurments. So I notice when taking this months measurements that nothing really changed but then i realized I am not sucking it in my waist IS that size and Im breathing.....Now yes I know I was only hurting myself when sucking in my gut but i have always just done that. Silly yes but oh what a feeling .....also noticed that when I do push ups my gut is not the first to hit the ground....Hard work is paying off.....
