Need help..

Ok for being overweight I have a very muscular build. I want to burn calories keep the muscle I have but don't want to get any bulkier... Any suggestions from anyone with a similar buil would be appreciated. Thank u!

  • I'm not a simiilar build, but any excersise that doesn't involve power will be great for you. Yoga or Pilates keep your muscles lean and help you shed pounds :)

    I'm not of a similar build either, but I would think anything that does not require weights would probably be your best bet, and I would also say try to make sure you're working out all parts of your body with the same intensity (in other words, walking versus bike riding)... just my thoughts.
