How do you add meals you saved?

I saw no way to add an entire meal to another days diary. Any help will be appreciated.

    when you have ender all the items in your dinner lunch or breakfast list hit remember meal then name your meal and it will save it that way next time that you want to use that meal where it ask you to type in the food to look for you type in the meal name that you gave and it will come up

    Sorry I didn't make my question easier to understand.
    I know how to save them, but is there a way to move the saved meals to another days diary entry.
    It would seem it does no good to save them except for the reminder since I can't move them back to another's days diary entries.
