I wrote about this in more detail in my blog, but wanted to share some good news.
My wife and I dug some clothes I have not worn in quite some time out of storage.. some my current size and others much smaller.

i started in march at over 265.. how much over I am not sure, as I avoided the scale, but I know when I joined MFP i had lost some weight and still clocked in at 265 for day 1 on MFP.
Today I am 231, and very excited about being in the 220 club.
I worked my way up to size 49 pants, and a body fat percentage that was about 50%.
yesterday I slipped on a pair of size 38's (comfortably) and even got the 36's on zipped and buttoned but a big snug in the waist for me to be comfortable. I will admit that I was in 46's for quite awhile and they were probably tighter in the waist than the 36's yesterday, but I thought the concept of going up to the next size was depressing.
My body fat dropped to 40% by may, and about 30% currently.

I still have a good 20-30 lbs to go before goal, but I must say that I was very happy about being in a 38!

Mike

That's the nice thing about being a guy ... we keep our old (small) pants in the hope that someday we'll be back into them. I have a long way to go before I'm back into my 36 inch waist pants - but being able to re-use some nice pants that just don't fit is a great NSV!! Great job.
