My name is amanda and I'm a foodaholic! LOL I just love this site. Ive been working on my weight since last year. fell off the wagon over the winter and now I'm back on track. I'm doing pretty well but struggling with platues. anyone got ideas of how to over come this obsticale?

    Hi Fellow Carolina Girl! Jump back in and make it happen. You can do it! When I hit plateaus I try to increase my exercise and make sure I'm eating enough of the right foods. Sometimes the body needs a little shock! Good luck!

    Workout that have muscle confusion or HIIT (P90X, Insanity, Turbo Jam) all great at home workout that blast through plateaus...
