Anyone using diet to go food? I find I am HUNGRY a lot during the day. Anyone have thoughts on what to do?

    Are you drinking enough water? Also try to eat more foods reach in fiber and protein. They will keep you full longer.

    No one can really give advice on your food intake without actually seeing your diary, but it sounds like you aren't eating enough quality calories. If you are eating a lot of empty sugar and white carbs, then you will be hungry more often

    Make healthier choices like nuts, whole grains, seeds, beans, veggies, whole fruit (not fruit juice) and you will find you aren't hungry as often. You'll be much more satisfied...

    and yes, I also agree about the water.

    but don't waste your money on more processed diet foods.
