I have been reading that Vitamin b12 and Fish Oil are known to aid in weight loss. Thoughts? Does anyone take either of these?

I take both. B-12 is good for energy. Fish oil is good for your heart.0

I have taken both. But it is especially important to NOT overdo on the B12 and ONLY take the recommended doses. Alot of viatimins can be toxic to the body it taken in excess. I only mention because B12 will also give you a boost of energy and often times people will take a little more cause many get roped in by "if a little is good than a little more is better" ....0

You could take both. I take fish oil and a super B complex vitamin. I would recommend some sort of complex B vitamin, because the even though the B vitamons are all different some of them have to have each other to do anything. Also all B vitamins are water soluable, so after your body decides how much it needs the rest will be taken out in your urine.0
