So im Sam, and Ive had a constant weight struggle for as long as i can remember. When i was 16 i was at my highest weight of 240 lbs then went down to 180 lbs by the time i was 18. Im almost 21 now and im 208 lbs so ive been gradually increasing again. I seem to always get stuck at around the 200 lb mark when i try and lose weight and then i always give up when i get to that point. This is why I joined this site, because I want to get back down to 180 lbs and whenever I lack motivation I can come here to see everyobody elses success stories. Its really hard in day to day life to actually find people to relate to!! So hello everyone
