Best workout DVDs for low back pain sufferer?

I can't find any good core workout DVDs for back-pain sufferers -- can you?

I have a diminished disk in my low lumbar and chronically tight hamstrings (likely an improperly-healed injury). This restricts my range of motion -- I can't sit with my legs out in front of me without either significantly bending my knees or significantly leaning back. I simply can't do a few of the main pilates and yoga poses. When I get "gentle yoga" or other such titles, they don't provide a good workout -- I'm not elderly, I just have a bad back!

Has anyone with low-back issues found any good workout DVDs? I'd like to get the blood flowing and feel like I'm really strengthening my core without having to fast forward through all of the exercises that I can't do.
