i always cook in olive oil..

so lets say i do a stir fry .. i'll cook a bunch of veggies in olive oil.. i put 1 tbs in the pan but i share it with my bf so we have 1/2 a tbs each (60 cal) ...

there is also containers you can buy that you put you olive oil in and you spray it out,, i like that because i use less when i use it ..(but mine broke .. hahah . and it was a gift so no idea where the person got it)

personaly .. i much prefer have the good fat like olive oil.. then add some spray stuff that is low in cals/lowfat,, but not sure what its made off..

fat is your friend.. not your enemy (good fat that is .lol.)

  • A healthy, good "diet" (and by that I mean, your daily eating habits, not "dieting") should include 2 tablespoons of a healthy oil each day. Oil has so many good qualities, and the fat is a "good" fat. Try thinking of it as a "needed" fat, and cutting the fat elsewhere if the numbers are really bothering you
