Does MFP adjust the calories for you when you've lost a certain amount of weight or do I need to do it myself?

    I don't believe it does it for you but I do believe it asks if you want to adjust them. Not 100% sure though.

    You can go into the settings and adjust it there. It will sometimes ask you when you have lost 10 lbs but its good every once in a while to go there and do it yourself. Hope this helps.

    I have had to do it myself. The only thing I don't like is that it also changes the days before so when you go back sometimes it shows that you went over when you were able to eat more... just kind of annoying.
