Hello everyone,
I started with a personal trainer today, just thought I would introduce myself. I need to lose 8 inches to fit into my wedding gown by Oct 15, 2011.

    Welcome Newbie, It's funny, my daughter in law did the same thing. My son and her got married in Oct. last year. She used Sparkpeople. I tried that sight but like this one better. Any way she lost weight and looked great in her wedding dress. Keep it up and you will too!
