Can anyone relate Day to day, even hour by hour I can fluctuate between feeling super successful, then I catch a view of myself or struggle with an exercise at the gym and I suddenly feel like I am not doing well at all. I can't believe how success can turn to feeling like a failure, and then back to success so quickly. Any advice?

    Absolutely, 100%

I sometimes wonder if I'm bipolar. But, then I realize that I'm just feeling what I ought to feel. I think it's healthy. :) You're definitely not alone in that regard! :flowerforyou:

Maybe you should realize that what you're doing, 90% of the US population, wished they could do. Even in your worst failures, others are saying "damn, I wish I could do that." Keep your glass half full.

There are days (like yesterday) where I really kinda hate my body and myself for letting me get to this point. And then other days (like today) where I finished an exercise strong and am proud of myself and know that I'm doing what I need to do to make a change.

I think as we get in shape and the pounds disappear, we mentally have to come to terms with that and what it means in our lives. Just take it one day at a time or one moment at a time and know that we are all going through this with you!

I do the same thing. When I hit 189, I felt amazing, but then someone took a picture of me the day after, and it still looked horrible.

Just stick with it. That's really the thing. Eventually, it'll get better the closer you get to your goal.
