shopping list help

Options
Im going shopping tomorrow and I just wanted to see what you guys like to eat. Id like to keep the sodium and fat low.

Also, im asking for some specifics. Not just fruit and veggies, I know that. WHICH fruits and veggies.

Thanks everyone.

Oh and im looking mainly for lunch type food. And snacks. I eat normal dinner with my family and I have my breakfast supplies already.

    - earthgrains or arnold 100% wheat sandwich thins
    - natural peanut butter (i use parker farms, but skippy is good too)
    - avocado (i use it instead of mayo on sandwiches)
    - chicken breasts, small hams, turkey breasts (make and slice and use instead of prepackaged deli meats to cut down on sodium)
    - baby carrots
    - red or orange bell peppers
    - cucumber to slice up
    - laughing cow cheese
    - grapes (i love them with laughing cow)
    - bagged salad
    - any kind of salad dressing (i hate low cal dressings, so this is where i splurge) or olive oil and vinegar (i'm starting to use this more instead of dressing)
    - whole wheat tortillas (i mix dressing, some bagged salad together and throw it in a wrap)
    - snack factory pretzel thins (i find they aren't as salty as normal pretzels, not sure the sodium content however though) or no added salt pretzels
    - stonyfield organic yogurt
    - frozen strawberries and other berries to add to the yogurt, or just to snack on
    - blue diamond almonds
    - oranges
    - nature valley granola bars (as a treat)
