Who knew raising the heat in your house would help you drop weight... and I was very shocked it stated that people lost MORE weight when they did set unrealistic goals... wow. :happy: Great article though, truly does make you think.0

That shocked me as well! I always figured being unrealistic was hurting you, not helping you. But I guess you work harder for the "impossible" than you do for the possible?0

I guess it makes a little sense though. My goal is for 135... but, I'm honestly going to stop when I'm content and like the way my body looks, not just a number.0
