TUESDAY 6/21 MINI CHALLENGE= YOGA!

Believe it or not, yoga DOES indeed get your heart rate up and improves flexibility as well as balance and core strength!
These moves do not require an unusual amount of flexibility and the examples have modifications so that anyone can do them
If you've never tried yoga or it's been a while- here's your chance to challenge yourself to do something different!
3 poses, follow along with example or just store it In the old noggin for later.
Just get the all of the poses done at least 2 times by midnight and report back when completed.
Try to hold each pose for at least 30 seconds or as long as you can. Remember that position DOES matter and you should be reaching your fingers/hands towards whatever direction and leaning into the pose if required.

I'm half asleep but i'm so glad you posted this! I missed yesterdays because I didn't see it until too late or on my wall when I looked. I'll do this when I wake up

I did the 3 poses today. The chair one was a killer since I've been doing the calf raises all morning, but I completed the challenge (just a day late!)0

arghhhh...with the move and the packing and the cleaning i'm just not getting online....but I did this...and loved it...
