Well my MFP I've got to brag a sec....I'VE LOST 6 PDS!!!!! :flowerforyou: I'm just on cloud nine. I've been waiting 6 weeks for this and finally it's paying off...YEAH ME....Hard word does pay off, and now that I've seen it I'm going to work even harder to get this weight off for good. Hugs

    Thats fantastic, well done. Looks like we have the same goal! It also took me a number of weeks to start losing, but I am now losing consistently.

    well done you! when I lost my first 3lbs I shed a little tear of happiness cos it was all worth while, Ive now lost 8 in total and I have 8 to go I am exactly half way xx
