Im Kat, I have joined with the sister Tc108. I need to loose around 3 stones (42lbs ish) in the next 12 months so Im preparin myself for the long haul. I have been dieting and excercising for the last few months but it doesnt seem to be working, so I have decided to keep a closer eye on the calories. I really hope this works. I look forward to offering and recieving support to and from many of you.
