Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette
I whipped this little number up last night and it was gooooood! I try to make a lot of my own dressings to cut out the crud but still get fun flavors ... now I am starting to pay attention to my measurements so I can replicate and share

Also a great salad idea for using the dressing, if you struggle with "I try to make restaurant salads but mine end up too cluttered" syndrome

THANK YOU for posting this!!!!!!!
My boyfriend is highly allergic to corn syrup/processed corn in general and finding a sweeter dressing that he can eat is SO HARD. I make a fantastic light salad summer salad and this dressing will be PERFECT. Thanks for an awesome recipe:
My salad that you might want to try with it is....
Baby Spinach
Sliced Strawberries
A Couple Raspberries
Mozzarella Cheese
And....Dressing
Depending on what I'm in the mood for I use it as a nice side salad or add a Chicken breast to make it more gourmet.0 -

Sounds delish!!!
I use this when I have strawberries that get a little mushy sometimes too and its just as good and then I dont have to waste.
I am a BIG fan of NOT using high fructose corn syrup so make a lot of my own recipes to avoid it :bigsmile:0 -
