Stress Eating

I'm working full time and spend all of my free time either working out or studying for a big test I'm taking July 15. I'm so behind on studying, so busy, and so stressed out. Coupled with my upcoming period, I've been an eating machine. How do you handle stress/emotional eating? Not that I'm snacking on chips and candy, but calories are calories, whether they come from a bag of chips or my snacks of choice (organic pb on wheat, lara bars, fruit, etc)

Right now I'm at the office but also trying to study for my test and I just reached for another snack. I'm not hungry, I know exactly why I want it. I can easily identify when I'm just emotional/stress eating, but I never can stop myself. I acknowledge that these are the feelings I'm having, that I shouldn't eat, but then I just do it anyway!

Help?

I just posted something about stress eating! I do it too. I get stressed and reach for food. People have been giving me the advice to snack on healthy foods. I try to drink a lot of water to make sure that I feel full and don't want to reach for food.
