Amazing sweet omelette!

I ran out of veggies for my omelette this morning, so I decided to try a sweet version and it turned out so yummy! Mix 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 packet stevia into 4 egg whites well and cook on a large enough pan so that its thin like a crepe. After you flip the first time spread 1 tbsp nut butter (I used nutella today) and 1/2 banana on half of the omelette and fold over so that it cooks for a minute with the toppings inside. AMAZING! Tastes like a crepe/pancake but low cal!
