Walking group or work out club?!?

Hey all! I love to walk but most of the time i just can't get going. Is anyone part of a fitness group like one that meets up? Does this help you stay on track? If so any one know of one in south florida? I just gotta get moving! Thanks

    Idk about ur area but joining groups has ma2de a huge difference in my motivation & I push myself harder.

    I recommend that you go with an actual fitness group. I'm not knocking on walking but you need more than cardio to get fit and stay that way. The only way you can keep your lean muscle mass while you're dieting is to build muscle. Cardio exercises, like walking, are good for your heart and for your waistline but not so much for your muscle mass. You need strength training and you'll get that from a fitness group.
  • I'm in South Florida. It's like everyone here belongs to a gym :(
