Okay, I haven't lost much, I am almost halfway done with this weight loss journey. Well. I used to have 128 beats a minute. I am 5 foot 6 inches. Well, now I have 104 and below beats a minute. I have been woozy and lightheaded lately, is this normal for someone losing weight? Should I be concerned? I am going to a dietrition Saturday to have them figure out what is going on. I have been feeling better, but my mom said that I feel this way because my body is used to pumping more blood, thanks :)

As you get more fit, your heart rate will be lower. Is that your resting HR though? Seems kind of high for a resting rate.

As you get healthier, your heart doesn't have to work as hard.

I peeked at your diary for the last week, and your woozy feeling may he from your lack of water, fruits, and veggies. I realize with you still being a teen, you don't have a lot of time for a sit down meal each day. But you could carry a snack size baggie of carrots or celery. Or get a applesauce..... something. Your body is missing out on vital nutrients. Try it for a few days along with some water, and see if you feel better.

I'm not preaching @ you.....I tell my 15 yr old niece the same things! Best of luck.

Ok, I also peeked at a few days of your diary. You aren't eating enough for 1. There are days where you only eat 600-800 calories. The second problem is that those calories are all empty, no nutrition whatsoever. It's no wonder you are feeling lightheaded and ill.

Wow, that's a really high heart rate. Make sure you are drinking enough water. I thought my resting heart rate of 80+ was on the high side. Now that I've been exercising for a while, my resting heart rate is down in the 50+. Sometimes it dips down to the high 40s. I do get light headed just about every time I get up from a low position, but that is expected from a low heart rate.
