Hello,
Just thought I'd drop by these forums and say Hello. I am just starting a 90 day plan, using the basics of the Four Hour Body. I'd done a similar plan in the past with great results, but then I relaxed and gained a lot of it back.
I'm aiming for an average of 2lbs a week, and today is day 1.
Feel free to friend request me, to keep an eye on me, and make sure I behave.
