    1 cup of Egg whites
    2 links of Turkey Sausage
    2 cups of Skim Milk

Eat this almost every morning. Takes about 5 minutes to put together and great source of protein to start my day off.
I used to eat the FiberPlus bars that you did but made me gassy.

I had a protein shake after my workout this morn...
8 oz fat-free milk, 1 scoop whey protein, half a banana and a handful of ice. Feels like a treat!

    Hi!

I had porridge with skimmed milk, chopped up half an apple and sprinkled cinnamon over the top!

Cinnamon is great as an alternative to sugar as it sweetens, but contains no calories and actually aids weight loss!

    Great huh?

    Hi -

I tend to always go towards homemade smoothies for breakfast. I live in the desert and it is HOT by 7am, so cool hydrating foods are a must.

    My favorite smoothie:

8 oz Westsoy unsweetened organic soymilk
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 medium banana
1 T ground flaxseed (for some fat and fiber)
few chunks of frozen mango, strawberries or another fruit if I have it.

    Whirl in blender!

3/4 cup whole milk [I know it has a lot of fat, but I can't stand the taste of 2% or skim]
1 scoop whey protein [deluxe chocolate flavor]
    1/2 banana
    1/4 cup blueberries
    Blend it all.

2 minutes prep time, and top it off with a multivitamin and glass of orange juice.

I usually have a non-fat yogurt or hard-boiled egg and a piece of fruit and a cup of chai with almond milk.
Somtimes I'll have oatmeal with shoyu and a teaspoon of light butter, but not often.
Less often I will have a piece of toast or wasa bread with peanut butter and fruit.
    Good luck!

Nature's Promise multi grain bread, toasted and very lightly buttered
1/3 of a granny smith apple
Crystal Light to go metabolism boosting green tea (mixed into 7 cups of water)

I'm not a morning eater and usually eat along with my daycare kids, as long as it's healthy which it normally is.

I have the same 'starter' every morning - whey protein and psyllium fibre. Gak. A necessary evil for IBS sufferers. To me, it's 140 cals of medicine, so I usually have something else too...sometimes I make muffins the night before - either blueberry or zucchini with multigrain flour a la HungryGirl style, or a breakfast burrito at McD's for a treat.

Asiago Cheese bagel and a can of Pepsi Max. :blushing:

And that's a very typical breakfast for me. Sometimes an English Muffin with Nutella. Sometimes cereal. But mostly bagels. And it works for me, so if it ain't broke...
